Let your light shine!
Christ Church Cathedral School believes that all children should be able to benefit from our education program. Therefore, we offer financial support by way of a bursary to families who would otherwise find it impossible to attend our school.
To mark Stuart’s retirement and in a spirit of profound gratitude for his service, the Board and the Parent Support Group wish to establish the Stuart Hall Bursary Fund. This fund will be a permanent, ever-lasting endowment at the Victoria Foundation, providing one or more need-based bursaries every year. Our initial goal is to raise $50,000 for the endowment, which at 4.5% will disburse $2500 per year.
Our childcare and Junior Kindergarten centres are warm, friendly, bright, and bustling with creativity. The JKs (as they are affectionately known) provide children with unique opportunities to learn, grow, and play. Above all, we prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment, ensuring that children feel secure and valued in their journey with us.
Kindergarten to Grade 8
At Cathedral School, our curriculum covers the required subjects outlined by the British Columbia Ministry of Education while also offering specialist teachers for Art, Music, Faith, French, and PE. We provide numerous extra-curricular opportunities for students to explore their passions outside the classroom.
Out of School Care
During school months, Lux Mundi runs from 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm after school ends for the day (Cathedral students + those registered from other schools); it is also open on most weekdays when school is not. Lux Mundi is also offered during most holidays and as a summer program.
