Athletics
Our Athletics and Physical and Health Education program emphasizes participation, sportsmanship, and resilience. Early integration and introduction of team sports, including soccer, basketball, and volleyball, fosters the development of cooperative and communication skills. Students learn to balance cooperative and competitive dynamics while encouraging their peers.
Outdoor spaces play a significant role in our Physical and Health Education, with many field trips to local parks and beaches. Along with outdoor activities, our program emphasizes inter-school competitions and jamborees for Grades 3 - 7 through the VISSAA league. Grades 6 - 8 compete in the LIMSSA league for soccer, basketball, badminton, volleyball, and track and field.
