Please fill out the order form above, and send in your payment (cheques only). Form and payment can be sent to Christ Church Cathedral School; either mail it in or leave it in the office with Bev. PSG will package and arrange to have your items sent home with your children. Please make your cheque payable to “Cathedral School Parents Association”.
