Every Wednesday afternoon during the winter term about 30 Cathedral School children go to the rink in Esquimalt to skate for an hour. Teachers and children, beginners and experienced skaters all lace up and take to the ice. It’s a fun way to take exercise and it’s one of the most popular extra-curricular activities at Cathedral School. The skating and swimming are highlights of the winter term.
